Hey, sweet sister.
I hear those questions stirring within your soul. Grief, anxiety, illness, depression, shame, divorce… They can raise enough doubt and uncertainty that they completely unravel any semblance of life as you know it. Including your faith.
But you don’t have to hold those questions before the Lord alone.
A Safe + Sacred Space to Just… Be
It is my desire to sit with you in the places where you have questions. To hold a sacred space for you. To pray for you. To listen to God with you.
I do this through spiritual direction and soul care.
Simply put, spiritual direction is the practice of listening to God together. It’s about becoming more aware of His presence and movement in your world.
And sister, let me assure you that God is present and active in your life–even when you are hurting. I’d love to help you recognize His presence in your story.
Does this sound like you?
You consider yourself quiet.
Put yourself in a room with others and you’re probably the quietest one in the bunch. It’s not that you don’t have something to say. You’d rather listen and take the time to think about what words are worth speaking.
You process life through writing.
Journaling allows you to figure out what’s stirring inside of you. You may not have the words to speak out loud, but they come to you once you put pen to paper.
You value privacy and space.
Not everything is meant to be shared with everyone. Some things are sacred. Like what’s going on inside your heart and soul. You like time and space to think and reflect on your own–away from others.
That’s why face-to-face sessions don’t necessarily work for you. You need something designed for you.
Like written spiritual direction.
You’ve emailed a friend before, right? It’s not so different.

What Others Say
“Written spiritual direction is validating, freeing, and very helpful. It also is a record. With face-to-face direction, you cannot go back and look at what has gone before. The paperwork is like a standing stone of what God has done and is doing.” (Cindy, written spiritual direction client)
“Kari provides a unique and rare spiritual companionship that’s hard to find in today’s busy world. I can always sense God’s presence and wisdom coming through in the insights she shares and questions she presents for my reflection.” (Arris, written spiritual direction client)
